If some of your member Organizations or Programs don’t use Collaborate, however, you can still collect data from them - and run holistic reports on that data - via the Aggregate Data feature.

With Aggregate Data, entities can log into a special Collaborate account and quickly submit data, such as quarterly VOCA category totals. Users can also edit their aggregate totals later, when needed.
Complete Reporting
Aggregate Data can then be blended into Reports, right alongside your Organizations or Programs that use Collaborate for case management. You’ll see specific totals for each entity, along with Network-wide totals.
