Custom Reports for the Department of Social Services

The South Carolina Network of Children’s Advocacy Centers (SCNCAC) recently used the Collaborate Concierge service to mine data insights from automated referrals. The output is a single, easy-to-use Custom Report that empowers SCNCAC and the Department of Social Services (DSS) to evaluate the results of their partnership.

Along with aggregate statewide data, South Carolina is able to compare response times for individual counties, in part to locate underserved areas that may need more resources.
